WISCONSIN DELLS, Wis. โ” The Wilderness Hotel and Golf Resort has partnered up with Robert John Field and his brother, Tim Field, of the famous Field’s Steak and Stein restaurant in Wisconsin Dells, to develop a new upscale dining experience at the Resort.

Pete Helland, general manager for the Resort commented, “The construction of this new restaurant is a result of our customers’ requests for an on-site restaurant and I can guarantee that they will not be disappointed. This will truly be a dining experience from the beautiful surroundings to the amazing food the Field’s will prepare.”
According to Tim Field, executive chef for the new restaurant, “The cuisine at Field’s at the Wilderness will be nothing less than spectacular with fresh seafood, steaks, chicken, veal and duck being served in eclectic ways straight from our wood burning ovens and on our wood burning grills.”
Nick Nicholas, president and CEO, Harman-Nicholas Restaurant Group, Chicago, Ill. said
about the new restaurant, “Very little can be termed original in the culinary field as everything is adopted and adapted, except for the people. The Field brothers are originals in their approach, commitment and presentation of fine dining. My hat is off to them, I wish them the best of luck.”
