Hotel to sponsor Sol LeWitt Retrospective and introduces โExperience SFMOMAโ Package

As the first step in the partnership, The Argent is the Hotel Sponsor of SFMOMA’s long awaited exhibition Sol LeWitt: A Retrospective, premiering from February 19 โ” May 30, 2000. The exhibition will be the first comprehensive examination of the work of Sol LeWitt, one of the most important American artists of the 20th century and a pioneer of the Conceptual Art Movement.
Uniquely situated at the crossroads of San Francisco’s cultural and commercial districts, The Argent Hotel boasts a remarkable collection of contemporary paintings and sculpture. The collection, valued at over $1.5 million, includes works by David Nash, Norman Galinsky, Isamu Noguchi and Roy Lichtenstein.
