I recently came upon a great spot for honeymooners to relax their mind and body: LaSource. This spot is located on the southern tip of Grenada. It is located on a secluded Pink Gin Beach. The resort has one hundred guest rooms near “an enclave of tropical gardens.” LaSource has four restaurants and three bars with a variety of great food and drinks. The resort is surrounded by water and the resort itself has three pools, nine hole golf course. It is one of the best resorts located in the Caribbean.
Inclusive services include all service charges and gratuities- including Government Tax and Airport Transfers; nightly entertainment; four dining choices – The Garden Restaurant, serving buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner; The Great House for a la carte dinner in the grand manner; Café Deli, serving casual fare during the day; Oscar’s Beach Bar and Restaurant, serving a la carte lunch and dinner on Pink Gin Beach. They have three bars: The Piano Bar, The Terrace Bar and Oscar’s Beach Bar. Inclusive service also includes premium label drinks – and a selection of house wines and beverages. They give you afternoon tea and provide you with internet access.
You will receive daily inclusive spa treatment except for the day you arrive. LaSource also provides you with Yoga, t’ai chi and meditation classes, water sports that include water skiing; Hobie Cat and Sunfish sailing; wind surfing; kayaking; aqua aerobics; water volleyball. Certified guests receive one scuba dive per day, non certified guests receive a ‘try dive’. LaSource provides you with the following LandSports: tennis; archery; gym; weight training; aerobics; golf (nine hole executive par 3); volleyball; fencing; stretch classes; hiking; table tennis; pool table; bicycle tours.
WEDDINGS & HONEYMOOONS – They provide complimentary weddings for guests staying a minimum of seven nights. Honeymoon couples will receive a bottle of sparkling wine and fresh flowers on arrival. In addition, they will receive a couples massage. Their wedding package is $500 and includes a sparkling wine reception for bride and groom, a wedding arch decorated with fresh local tropical flowers, wedding processing fees, magistrate’s fees, special table at dinner on the evening of the marriage for the bride and groom and their guests (maximum of 10 people), maid of Honour and Witnesses are provided if necessary, and services of the wedding coordinator.
